Refund policy

Bolluma is committed to providing quality, affordable, professional photography equipment and excellent customer service however if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return any items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund providing the product is unused and in its unopened, original packaging. Subject to agreement, we may authorise  the return of items beyond this 30 day period subject to a restocking fee, please contact us using the email below for more details.

To complete a return, follow these simple steps:

Please note: The cost of return postage is not covered by Bolluma. Where an item is found to be faulty on arrival Bolluma will arrange for the item(s) to be returned by our own specific courier service. We will not refund the cost of any items returned back to us by you faulty or otherwise.

Please ensure all products are well packaged and protected for transit, where possible use the original packaging. Bolluma cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items returned. We recommend you use a tracked and insured courier service for all returns.


Step 4 – Receive a refund

Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect the returned items and process your refund. We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days from receipt of goods. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to make the purchase. The time it takes funds to show on your account depends on your banking provider, on average it usually takes 3-5 days however it can take up to 10 working days for a refund to show on your account.

The return of goods and subsequent refund is governed under The Sales of Goods Act and Consumer Contacts Regulations.
